THATCH MARSHAL 8000 FIRE RETARDANT SPRAY

Thatch Marshal 8000 can be applied to both new and existing roofs; the fire retardant solution is applied with a high pressure Airless Spray pump. We are an approved applicator. We ensure that the correct measurement of solution is being applied and that all areas are attended to systematically – if the specifications for application are not followed the roof could be inadequately protected. Thatch maintenance should be done if required before the application of the fire retardant, to ensure that the thatch roof is in an appropriate condition for the application.

🔥The roof area is measured to ensure the correct measurement of the Thatch Marshal 8000 is being applied.
🔥The spray takes 30 minutes – 1.5 hours to cure dependent on weather conditions.
🔥The process of application takes approximately 1 hour/ 10 square meters.
🔥The fire retardant can only be applied on clear, dry, sunny days.
🔥We pride ourselves in our Customer Service and Workmanship.
🔥The spray is clear and invisible.

🔥Use to treat thatch overhangs bordering open veld or high risk areas in an emergency.

Thersia and her team from St Francis Fire Protection recently applied a 5-year fire retardant to the thatch roof of my home in St Francis Village. Throughout the process Thersia was courteous and clear in her communication, answered any queries promptly, and the job was done on time within an agreed schedule. The team combed and filled in thatch, and applied the retardant effectively. They cleaned up after themselves. They also came back out on short notice to resolve a couple of minor leaks, so they stand behind their work I thank them for their professionalism and I can without hesitation recommend them to anyone looking to protect their thatch roof property. Kind regards,
